A Casual Spring look with Banana Republic

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have read about my eventful week. To say it's been a bit chaotic one would be the understatement of the century. Now that I am at home, finally able to keep food down, and on bedrest; I figured it would be a good time to get caught up on blogging. I'll try to update you all on what exactly is going on, so stay tuned. :)

Floral Maxi Dress

I dare say there is nothing I love to wear more, than a beautiful floral dress in the spring. This season always brings such happiness to my family. After a long winter, finally seeing the trees bud with beautiful blooms, and the sun shining more brightly. My boys have loved finally being able to play outside again, and I love it too. Heaven knows mama needs some vitamin D every once in a while.

Yay! It's finally spring!! Anyone else agree the was the longest winter in the history of ever? I shouldn't even be complaining, because we had such a warm winter. I am however excited to see the flowers and leaves on the trees again. Winter is always so glum and gloomy around here. I'm ready for the sunshine!

Shopbop Spring Sale!!

Hello there friends, It's that time of year again! The Shopbop Spring Sale is always one of my favorites, because it's the perfect time to stock up on summer/spring essentials! I have a "Babymoon" trip planned mid March before I go on bedrest, so I'm grabbing some favorites like this darling straw beach bag, and this simple yet adorable white ruffle swimsuit. Oh, and don't even get me started on these soft pink wedged espadrilles. I mean, how cute are they? Also, my favorite white lace peplum is also on sale, and is absolutely adorable on.

Spring Floral Dress

With a growing belly, its become harder and harder to find flattering dresses. With my boys I only showed up front and was 100% all baby, this time around I'm starting to show everywhere! haha Probably has something to do with the fact that this is my third pregnancy and this was bound to happen eventually. I've learned to just embrace it, because this body of mine is creating a beautiful life. However- I hate trying on dresses for church, because most of the time they just don't look good on me. This hi-low floral dress however, is flowy and hugs in just the right place. It shows off my baby bump, while still looking feminine and beautiful. I wore it to church on Sunday and got so many compliments. It had me feeling confident all day long. I love the gorgeous floral print, and the high low bottom; making it easy to show off my scalloped ballet flats. :) This dress is actually not maternity, and would look adorable on anyone pregnant or not. But, if you are looking for a maternity dress; I would definitely consider this beauty.

Floral on Stripe Dolly Top

I just cant get enough of seersucker stripes and blush pink lately. Theres just something about soft hues that makes my heart skip a beat. This darling floral on stripe dolly top is one of my favorites. I love the femininity of it, and how it pairs perfectly with my blush pink cross-body (similar version on apart of the #NSale) and pink studded sandals (now on $33). Want to know the best part of this entire outfit? Almost everything I'm wearing is ON SALE!!! You just can't go wrong with that. Eliza J Pink Gingham Spring Dress

My husband and I were at the park getting photos of a couple outfits, and found this hidden treasure of a garden covered in the most beautiful spring blooms. I had gone to change outfits, and when I came back I couldn't find my husband or kids. I had accidentally left my phone in the car, and was wandering all around trying to find them with no luck; until I saw this little brick road that took me right to this place. At the end of the road I saw my kids jumping and playing with their dad, and the most gorgeous trees covered in fresh blooms engulfed around them. It was picture perfect, and I couldn't believe my eyes. If you look closely you can see that the ground was covered in fallen flower petals, giving it the most romantic feel. It was love at first sight, and the perfect place to spend the evening with my boys.

This gingham dress was the perfect ensemble for the occasion, and I can't wait to wear it again. I just want to throw it on and have a picnic while drinking lemonade or something! I mean, is it not the perfect spring/summer dress? I paired it with some simple nude lace up flats, and a blush pink tote. This dress is so beautiful on its own, I wanted to keep my accessories simple so the dress did all of the talking. I hope you all love it as much as I do.

A white lace dress for Easter

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! I think its safe to say I'm always a blubbering mess whenever the Easter holiday comes around. Remembering Christ's sacrifice for us, and that he rose from the dead and still lives; I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude and love. My husband captured these beautiful photos of the boys and I, that I will cherish forever. Watching their little faces light up all weekend celebrating Easter was so much fun. Friday we spent the day doing Easter crafts, baking cookies, and dying easter eggs. Then on Saturday we spent the day in Phillipsburg at the Easter Bunny train ride and egg hunt. Sunday was quiet, we went to church, took naps and had friends over for a big bbq. It was such a fun weekend spent with the people we love.

I bought this darling white lace dress a little over a month ago, and was saving it for this special Easter Sunday. Its even more beautiful in person, and the fit is great. It's the perfect dress for Spring and easily transitions to Summer. I hope you all love it as much as I do.

Spring Blooms featuring Lulus

When it comes to Spring, New Jersey does not mess around! Seems as though everywhere I turn there are row after row of blooming cherry blossom trees. What better way to celebrate the arrival of spring, than by wearing a beautiful floral dress? This dress from Lulus not only has the perfect flattering fit, but the print is also perfection. I thought about pairing it with a blazer or cardigan, but its even more beautiful all by itself. I hope you love it as much as I do. XOXO
