Suede Moto Jacket and Blush Pink Scarf

Why hello there friends, it's been a while! The last few days i've decided to take a little break from social media. It's been so nice to just spend time with my family without worrying about posting at certain times, constantly checking my email, and taking outfit photos. The cold bug has been hitting our family hard the past few weeks. The boys seemed to have missed it, and finally caught their first colds of the season last week. Luckily it didn't last long. My husband and I on the other hand have been getting sick off and on for a while now, and it is so not fun. Parents should not be allowed to get sick, thats all I'm saying about that. 

Anyway, with all of the craziness going on with Beckham attending a second school this year, and the boy's crazy schedule; i've been all about casual outfits. I love a good pair of sneakers and a suede moto jacket. Let me just say, this suede jacket is a MUST HAVE in my opinion. It is such great quality, and something that can be styled so many different ways. Plus, the fit is pretty darn perfect if I do say so myself. ;)

Comfy Cozy Lounge Day Outfit

I don't know about you, but when I wake up to snow on a gloomy day; all I want to do is curl up in my favorite pajamas, a cozy blanket, and drink hot cocoa. But alas, I am a mom of two and cannot always enjoy in the luxury of doing nothing. On days like this when my boys aren't in school, I let us all stay in pajamas for the day and we do crafts and play games. Then there is the glorious moment when we have "quiet time," and I get a full hour all to myself. I wore these seriously comfy faux fur lined moccasins from Payless Shoes, to keep my feet nice and toasty on our lazy day in. If it were up to me, it would be socially acceptable to wear furry moccasins and pajamas all day long. Am I right?

Happy January! Holy cow, how is it already 2017? Lets take a poll on how many times ill write 2016 on all future documents. Seriously, time is flying by and I just want to enjoy every moment with my little family. I actually wore this outfit on New Years while we took the kids out to dinner and a movie. It was such a chill night, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. 

These gold flats were perfect for such an occasion. They gave my outfit a little bit of glamour for the new year, while still staying comfortable and practical for my busy mom life. My favorite part?
